Shipping Policy

We ship made-to-order evening gowns from Hong Kong only to destinations currently available at checkout in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

Production time

Production takes 15–25 business days from order confirmation before dispatch. This production period does not include carrier transit time, customs processing or local delivery.

Free shipping and prepaid import charges

Standard shipping is free to all destinations available at checkout, with a shipping charge of USD 0.00. Drezanielle prepays applicable import duties and import taxes to the carrier. Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or carrier brokerage charges on delivery.

Transit time

After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days across our current markets. Delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier disruption, an incorrect address or events outside our reasonable control are not production defects.
