Production takes 15–25 business days from order confirmation before dispatch from Hong Kong.
Free shipping to our current markets
Drezanielle provides free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. The shipping charge is USD 0.00. We do not currently sell or ship to countries outside these markets.
Transit time
After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days across our current markets. Customs processing or other events outside the carrier control may add time beyond this transit estimate.
Customs, duties and taxes
Drezanielle prepays applicable import duties and import taxes to the carrier for orders shipped to our current markets. Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or carrier brokerage charges on delivery. Free shipping and prepaid import charges apply only to destinations available at checkout.
