Returns and Refunds

Our gowns are made to order. Production is scheduled after order confirmation and takes up to 25 days before dispatch.

Order confirmation and customization

Please check the product description, measurements, color, construction details, event date and shipping address before checkout. Production begins after the order is confirmed. If you need to correct an address or customization detail, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after production starts.

After dispatch

Because each gown is made to order for the customer, an order is final after dispatch and is not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind, fit, color preference, event cancellation, delay outside our control or failure to provide accurate information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Quality issues

If your order arrives with a product quality issue, contact us promptly with your order number, clear photos or video and a description of the issue. We will review the evidence and, where appropriate, offer a remedy required by applicable law or agreed with you.

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.
