These terms govern your use of drezanielle.com and purchases from Drezanielle, operated by YUANFENG INTERNATIONAL HONG KONG LIMITED.

Products and made-to-order service

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Colors can vary by screen and lighting. Before ordering, confirm measurements, color, construction, customization, production timing and shipping details. Production takes up to 25 days after order confirmation before dispatch from Hong Kong.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only when payment is authorized and we confirm the order. We may contact you to verify details or correct an obvious error. Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

Returns

Made-to-order purchases are final after dispatch except for product quality issues or mandatory rights under applicable law. Please read our Returns and Refunds policy before checkout.

Site content, brand assets, text, images and design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
