Each gown is made to order. After order confirmation, submit your measurements through the Measurements form. If you need to correct an address or customization detail, contact us promptly because changes may not be possible after production starts.
Production takes 15–25 business days before dispatch from Hong Kong. After dispatch, transit takes 5–10 business days across our current markets. Free standard shipping is available only to destinations available at checkout. Drezanielle prepays applicable import duties and import taxes to the carrier; customers will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or carrier brokerage charges on delivery.
After dispatch, made-to-order orders are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind, fit, color preference, event cancellation, delay outside our control or failure to provide accurate information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
